Provisioning

The TITAN Master server supports the efficient provisioning of addressing and routing data from multiple sources including Number-Portability data, Subscriber data and VoIP interconnect data. Addressing and routing data received by the TITAN Master from various sources is placed into logical database “views” that are replicated in real-time to a constellation of TITAN Edge servers where the data is used during the address resolution process. Data provisioning services and facilities supported on TITAN are as follows:

Central Portability Databases

Number Portablility Gateway (NPG): TITAN facility that supports real-time provisioning of number-portability data, number-block assignment data, and custom number assignment data from one or more NetNumber-NPG platforms.

NPG supports country-specific provisioning interfaces from multiple countries including the US and Canada. For example, NPG is a NANC 3.3 certified LSMS platform supporting provisioning of portability data from a seven US NPAC regions and Canada.

VoIP Interconnect Registries

SPIDER: TITAN facility that supports the download of interconnect data from one or more SPIDER data distribution services. The SPIDER data distribution platform, developed by NetNumber, is licensed to multiple VoIP registry service providers. In addition, NetNumber operates a hosted SPIDER service that is available for use by service-providers under a simple monthly flat-fee data-feed pricing model.

ESPP: TITAN facility that supports both the bulk-load and incremental update services defined by the CableLabs SOAP/XML ENUM Server Provisioning Protocol (ESPP) service.

SIP-IX: NeuStar compliant SOAP/XML service for provisioning interconnect data from the SIP-IX registry

SIR: Telcordia compliant SOAP/XML Services Interconnect Registry (SIR) provisioning interface.

Custom Data

SOAP/XML: The TITAN SOAP/XML facility provides for the loading of customer defined SOAP/XML provisioning services into the TITAN Master server. The TITAN SOAP/XML facility is often utilized to interface TITAN with a customer’s operations support systems to provision subscriber-specific routing data and/or a customer’s least-cost routing engine to provision local routing policy data.
