LOWELL, Mass. — June 27, 2016 — NetNumber, a leading provider of centralized signaling and routing control (CSRC) solutions, announced today the appointments of Al-Noor Ramji to its board of directors and Kevin Peters as an advisor to the board. Mr. Ramji has served as an advisor to the board since November 2014. He will replace outgoing member Mr. John White, who is retiring from the NetNumber board of directors after more than 16 years of service. Mr. Peters will replace Mr. Andy Geisse, who has served as an advisor to the board since November 2014. These changes are effective immediately.

Mr. Ramji joined Prudential plc in January 2016 in the newly created role of Group Chief Digital Officer, and is responsible for the development and execution of an integrated, long-term digital strategy for Prudential. Prior to this Al-Noor was at Northgate Capital, which is a VC in Silicon Valley. He was previously at Misys, the financial services software group, and has held leading technology and innovation roles at BT Group, Qwest Communications, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Swiss Bank Corporation. He is the founder of several start-ups in the fintech space.
Mr. Peters has held several executive positions at AT&T, Inc and AT&T Labs, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Global Business Customer Service. In this role, he transformed customer service through improving operations and customer experience. Peters also has served as Chief Marketing Officer for the AT&T Business unit and as the Executive Vice President of AT&T’s Global Network Operations, where he was responsible for the company’s global IP and mobility networks. For AT&T Labs, he has served as Senior Vice President for Enterprise Systems and Software Engineering and Senior Vice President for Global Network Technology Program Management.
