SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FOR SUBSCRIBER AUTHENTICATION AND LOCATION MANAGEMENT
Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) require the ability to share common subscriber database information across multiple network types (2/3/4G, IMS) without having to duplicate and maintain multiple databases and hardware platforms. The NetNumber TITAN architecture is based on the Network Function Virtualization (NFV) model, which provides an operationally efficient, high-performing, scalable platform for deploying multiple Virtual Networking Functions (VNFs) on a single virtual machine or distributed across multiple virtual machines or nodes. The built-in TITAN database delivers virtually unlimited subscriber capacity and MNO individual routing flexibility. Subscriber data is provisioned centrally via API or GUI and distributed in real-time to all Home Location Register (HLR) nodes in the TITAN domain. The Subscriber Database is sharable across VNFs such as the NetNumber HSS, for seamless connectivity across multiple network domains such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and IMS. Collocation scenarios with other NetNumber applications like EIR, HSS, IN-SCP, DSC, BSF/AP, CRE, and STP are also supported.
